Lightweight foam breast forms from Transform, sold as a pair. Foam weighs a fraction of silicone, so these stay cool and comfortable for all-day wear, sleeping, exercise, travel, warm weather or a long night on stage. They're an affordable way to try breast forms, or to own more than one size.

Two shapes

• 801 Triangle: a symmetrical triangle for balanced fullness.
• 802 Oval: a tapered oval with a softer slope into the upper chest. Wear it upright or turned sideways for the best fit.

Breast Form Size Guide

What this chart is for: it turns a regular bra size into a breast form size, so you can pick the form that fills the bra you wear (or want to wear).

How to read it:

• Band (top row) is the number in a bra size, e.g. the 36 in 36C. It's the measurement around your ribcage, in inches.
• Cup (left column) is the letter in a bra size, e.g. the C in 36C. It's how full you want the chest to look.
• The number where they meet is your breast form size. Choose that number from the size options on this page.

Don't know your band size? Measure snugly around your ribcage, right under the chest, with a soft tape measure. Round up to the nearest even number.

Example: you wear a 38B bra. Find 38 across the top and B down the side. They meet at 5, so choose size 5.

Good to know: one form size fits more than one bra size. For example, 34C, 36B and 38A all use size 4. So one pair of forms can work with a few different bras.
