Returns & Exchanges
We cover defective items for 30 days, and for some products we offer extended in-store warranties up to 15 years.
Proof of purchase always required.
Returns or exchanges on adult products and intimate wear will not be accepted unless the item is defective.
At Little Sister’s, we take pride in offering high-quality products to our community.
Because many of the items we carry are intimate or personal in nature, all sales on adult products are considered final once the product leaves the store. We’re unable to offer returns or exchanges due to personal preference or change of mind.
In some cases, we may be able to offer exchanges on unworn, unwashed garments and novelty/gift items with the original tags still attached.
We cannot offer exchanges on any undergarments.
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving your order. We're happy to troubleshoot the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement at no cost to you. Some items, particularly select adult products, may also be covered by extended manufacturer warranties. Please don’t hesitate to ask us if you’re unsure.
We kindly ask that you contact us before shipping anything back.
In cases where an item is returned without prior approval or is found not to be defective, return shipping costs may be your responsibility.
My item is defective, what do I do?
If your toy malfunctions within 30 days after you receive it, simply contact us at 1-800-567-1662 (available during store hours only) or email info@littlesisters.ca and we will happily work with you to troubleshoot issues and/or provide a replacement option if the toy is defective.
Extended manufacturers warranty
Some selected toy manufacturers offer extended warranty coverage beyond 30 days - sometimes up to 15 years. Additionally, warranties on selected brands may be honoured in store. If you are unsure of the length of your warranty, please contact us.
