All items are final sale, no refunds or returns.


No exchanges will be accepted unless an item is defective.

 

My item is defective, what do I do?

If your toy malfunctions within 30 days after you receive it, simply contact us at 1-800-567-1662 (available during store hours only) or email info@littlesisters.ca and we will happily work with you to troubleshoot issues and/or provide a replacement option if the toy is defective.

If the product is defective, a fully working replacement will be shipped to you at our cost. If the original item was NOT defective, you will be required to pay for us to ship the product back to you. To avoid unwanted charges, please contact us before returning any possible defective product. We're happy to help!

Extended manufacturers warranty

Some selected toy manufacturers offer extended warranty coverage beyond 30 days -- sometimes up to 15 years. Additionally, warranties on selected brands may be honoured in store. If you are unsure of the length of your warranty, please contact Little Sister's Book & Art Emporium.
