This anthology is based on my experiences and thoughts beginning when I came out. I was married young and had two children before I realized I was gay. How is that possible you ask? I ask it too; but it is so. The poems reflect my feelings at that time, my awakening, the struggle of seeking and being in gay relationships and the search for love in the gay world. Many of the poems recall the anguish & pain of my childhood.
