No refunds or returns unless the item is defective. 

My item is defective, what do I do?

If your toy malfunctions within 30 days after you receive it, simply contact us at 1-800-567-1662 (available during store hours only) or email info@littlesisters.ca and we will happily work with you to troubleshoot issues and/or provide a replacement option if the toy is defective.

If the product is defective, a fully working replacement will be shipped to you at our cost. If the original item was NOT defective, you will be required to pay for us to ship the product back to you. To avoid unwanted charges, please contact us before returning any possible defective product. We're happy to help!

Extended manufactures warranty

Some selected toy manufacturers offer extended warranty coverage beyond 30 days. If you are unsure of the length of your warranty, please contact Little Sister's Book & Art Emporium.

Clothing & Underwear Return Policy

Little Sister's offers a return policy allowing customers to return or exchange most items, excluding all underwear and sale items, within 14 days of purchase.

In adherence to health regulations we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for underwear items, including G-strings', boxers, jockstraps, and fetishwear, no exceptions. 

Returned items must be in their original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Sale items are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges may incur re-shipping charges, while refunds are subject to a restocking fee for returned items.

Canadian taxes paid on merchandise will be refunded, but shipping costs and associated taxes will not be reimbursed.
