My item is defective, what do I do?
If your toy malfunctions within 30 days after you receive it, simply contact us at 1-800-567-1662 (available during store hours only) or email email@example.com and we will happily work with you to troubleshoot issues and/or provide a replacement option if the toy is defective.
If the product is defective, a fully working replacement will be shipped to you at our cost. If the original item was NOT defective, you will be required to pay for us to ship the product back to you. To avoid unwanted charges, please contact us before returning any possible defective product. We're happy to help!
Extended manufactures warranty
Some selected toy manufacturers offer extended warranty coverage beyond 30 days. If you are unsure of the length of your warranty, please contact Little Sister's Book & Art Emporium.
