This small rainbow umbrella opens manually and folds into three parts. It is windproof and comes with a Velcro tie band, matching sleeve, and a removable handle strap. The fabric is pongee, with aluminum poles and ribs made of aluminum and fiberglass. The handle has a rubber-coated plastic grip. It measures 42 cm in diameter, folds down to 9 inches, and has 8 ribs, each 21 cm long.
